Voluntary Exclusion is a process for people who feel it is in their best interest not to participate in Casino gambling. By entering into the Voluntary Exclusion Program they are agreeing not to attend the Aseneskak Casino located on Opaskwayak Cree Nation. The voluntary Exclusion Program is a process that is helful to customer who have experienced problems as a result of gambling and want to deal with these problems.
How does it work?
If you want to take part in the Voluntary Exclusion Program, you must sign a Request for Voluntary Exclusion form. Signing the Request form means you are voluntarily removing yourself from attending the Aseneskak Casino. Before singing one of these forms it will be read to you by an Aseneskak Casino employee to ensure that you fully understand the terms of your exclusion.
What happens after entering the program?
The Aseneskak Casino Security Staff will have your Request for Voluntary Exclusion form and photograph on file. Should you enter the Aseneskak Casino you will be identified quickly and escorted from the property.
How long does it last?
The Voluntary Exclusion Program lasts indefinitely. The only way you will be allowed to re-enter the casino is by filling out an application for Reinstatement of Access to the Aseneskak Casino. You may request an application by writing or calling the Aseneskak Casino.
